CATS

The Maryland Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has awarded NETCONN a prime contract on the Consulting and Technical Services (CATS) Master Contract vehicle to procure IT consulting and technical services. The objective of this Master Contract is to enable State government to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. Through CATS, the State will have a flexible means of obtaining information technology (IT) resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing Task Orders (TO) specific to its needs.
