Millennia Lite is a performance-based indefinite quantity contract providing flexible, responsive contracting for a full spectrum of information technology services worldwide. The contract period is three years with seven one-year options, with a maximum contract value of $20 billion.

The Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Millennia-Lite Team service offering includes, but is not limited to: full-lifecycle systems development focusing on legacy systems migration, information and system security, and new enterprise systems development.
